Best Open Air Bar in Beijing


While it may not be as historically significant as its namesake up at the Summer Palace, this Stone Boat does a good latte, it’s a WiFi hotspot and, come evening, it serves as a unique, candlelit venue for a quiet drink.
This chill bar housed in a faux Qing dynasty boat in Ritan Park serves up a range of teas and simple food, alongside a carefully selected drink list. Since changing owners in fall of 2009, however, the crowds have thinned and the folk music performances have ended.
